The stance is the first step in shooting a double leg.
You have to be in good positon to fight away shots and also take them.
You need to have bent knees, hands out front, and stay in an athletic position.
The stance is where you will stay in for most of the match if you get out of it you risk getting taken down.

Shot
A double leg is a simple shot almost like a tackle in football.
First you have to lower your level and lunge forward putting your knee on the mat in between your opponent legs.
Next you keep your chest up and bring your hips into your opponent.
Then you wrap both your arms around each of your opponents legs like you see in this picture.

First you have to put both feet firmly on the mat so you can drive.
Next you bring your hips in to lift your opponent of the ground while you run your feet forward
Then you take your opponent back to the mat while covering both hips to the mat.
